We do our very best to get you high quality products and offer our best customer service! We understand that products don't always workout or fit as expected, so we are here to help and answer any questions you might have.
Our main goal is to get you rolling!
* We offer a 7 day return policy on all of our products as long as they are in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You send the item back to us and we will refund your original payment method less shipping costs.
*If product is returned after the 7 day period, we will charge a restocking fee of 5% the items original price.
*If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or a different product altogether we will send you the exchange for free. If the new product costs more we will contact you for the additional payment. If the new product costs less we will refund you the difference.
*All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*We do not accept returns/exchanges on used/damaged items.
*If you feel you have a defective product, we will ask you to send us a picture or ship the item back for inspection. Once the product is determined to be defective, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
